These terms govern your use of Scoom's event ticketing platform. By booking a ticket through Scoom, you agree to the terms below.

What Scoom is

Scoom is a ticketing platform that connects event organizers with attendees. Organizers list their events and share a unique link for each one; attendees use that link to book tickets. Scoom is not the event organizer. Scoom does not host, produce, or run the events listed on its platform - it provides the booking and payment infrastructure that organizers use to sell tickets.

Pricing

All ticket prices on Scoom are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). The price shown at checkout is the final amount charged, inclusive of any applicable fees.

Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate contact details (name, phone number, and email address) when booking a ticket, so that Scoom and the event organizer can reach you with booking confirmations and event updates.
• You are responsible for reviewing the event details, date, time, and venue before completing your booking.
• Tickets are issued subject to the individual event organizer's own event-specific terms, where applicable.

Organizer responsibility

Event organizers are solely responsible for the conduct, content, safety, and delivery of their events. Any disputes regarding the event itself should be raised with the organizer; Scoom will assist in facilitating communication where possible.
